Hi there, I’m Katie. My family and I live in beautiful El Dorado Hills (I grew up here). We have two amazing kids—a son who is a senior in high school and a daughter in the fifth grade who keeps life full, fun, and just the right amount of chaotic.

Nine years ago, I got my start in real estate while working part-time at Nugget Market, where I’d sneak away to take client calls in the bakery freezer. What started as a dream (and a whole lot of hustle) has grown into a full-time business I genuinely love.

Through school programs and scholarships, we’re helping young people build discipline, resilience, and self-belief—one class at a time. Our big goal? To one day open our own gym to provide a fun and safe space for our local kids.
